Addressing climate change will create a need for rapid deployment of new, low-carbon, clean technologies at a scale of production the world has rarely, if ever, seen before. But, according to a new report released by the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD), global low-carbon technologies are not moving at the rate of demand. The report offers policy suggestions to governments on how to leverage RD&D to drive private sector investments.
