The Energy Action Plan for 2010-2014, which includes sections on sustainability, the fight against climate change and security in energy supplies, among others, as well as the European Strategic Energy Technology Plan, will be the focus of the discussions at the Informal Council on Energy, which will begin this Thursday in Seville, in parallel with the council meeting of the European Ministers of the Environment also being held there.
